The purpose of Surgical Cement is to serve as a protective covering over operated or treated areas to prevent contact with irritating or infecting substances, dry sockets, periodontal surgery Vicent’s infections, immediate dentures, a temporary filling, temporary cements, and extractions. The SURGICAL CEMENT made out of zinc oxide and eugenol does not contain asbestos.
