What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Orders will ship through one of the following: FedEx, FedEx Smartpost, or the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Pricing and delivery times are based on your distance from our stores or warehouse. 

Small order delivery rates start at $5.99 and increase based on the weight of your order.

Standard delivery orders will ship via FedEx Smartpost or Federal Express Ground, depending on your zip code.

Orders shipped Overnight, Rush, or Saturday delivery will ship via FedEx while shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO/FPO, and PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently DO NOT SHIP to: Cambodia, Cayman Islands, Cuba, Crimea Region (Russia or Ukrainian zip codes between 95000 and 98690), Iran, Myanmar, North Korea, Venezuela, Pakistan, Lebanon, Russian Federation, Syria, Kuwait, Kosovo, Yemen, Guadeloupe, Réunion, Martinique, St. Barthélemy, St. Martin, St. Pierre and Miquelon and Northern Marianas Islands.

How Do I Track My Order?

Orders are usually shipped out within 3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery times are based on your distance from our stores or warehouse. We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). 

Can I Return/Exchange an Item?

We accept returns for unused items purchased on the website at dentimedonline.com. You have 28 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return item(s).

We are unable to accept an item that has been opened unless the product is damaged or defective. In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service center .

How is The Return Process

The products must be returned to our warehouse via mail. Contact our Customer Service for further details.

Returns and Exchange Policy

  • You must return the product(s) in their original packaging, properly protected.
  • In case of a return, we will refund your money as soon as we receive the returned product.
  • In case of exchange, we will ship the new product as soon as we receive the returned product.
  • The shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer.

How To Recover My Password?

Click on “My Account” in the upper right corner of the site, on the next page click on “Lost your Password”, below the Login form. You will be redirected to a new page, enter your email or username and you will receive in seconds, in the registered email, a link to create a new password.

What Is A Wishlist?

A Wish List is a listing to which you can add the products you buy most often, or those you want to buy in the future, so you’ll be able to find them faster on your next visit.

To add a product to your list just click on the heart symbol located below the product name.

To consult your Wish List, just click on the heart symbol next to the search bar, or on the option in the footer menu.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

You can shop without creating an account. However, if you register with us, you’ll enjoy the following benefits:

  • Track your orders and review past purchases
  • Request an exchange or return directly from your account

How to Place Order?

To place an order, click the “add to bag” button next to any product you wish to purchase on dentimedonline.com. When you have added all the products into your shopping bag, click on the “checkout” button to begin the checkout process and follow the prompts. What payments methods are available?

For online and phone purchases (home delivery), we accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA, and PayPal. We don’t accept checks.
