Shipments and returns

New Orders:

We ship worldwide, from our headquarters in Florida, United States. Packages are generally dispactched within one business after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS, with tracking and delivery confirmation.

We also provide our customers with a variety of choices and couriers, including UPS, FedEx, and others. Please contact us to arrange further details. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

For shipments outside of the United States, the buyer is responsible for any custom duties, taxes, and regulations imposed by such country.

Items must be returned within 7 days after buyer receives the package, and must follow our Customer Returns Guidelines. Buyer is responsible for covering the shipping fees, and we highly recommend using a service with tracking & delivery confirmation. Our Customer Service Department will evaluate each case, guaranteeing a highly efficient process and the highest customer satisfaction.
